Assembly Instructions
The VEVOR Metal Storage Cabinet is designed for straightforward assembly, typically completed within 30 minutes. Follow these steps carefully:
- Step 1: Assemble the Base Frame. Attach the back panel (A) and side panels (D, C) to the bottom panel (B) using the provided screws (N). Ensure all connections are secure.
- Step 2: Install the Bottom Support Bar. Secure the bottom support bar (J) to the assembled base using screws (N).
- Step 3: Attach the Top Panel. Place the top panel (G) onto the assembled frame and secure it with screws (N).
- Step 4: Install Casters or Leveling Feet.
- For Casters: Attach the caster mounting brackets (L) to the bottom of the cabinet using screws (O). Then, attach the four casters (M) to the brackets using screws (X). Ensure two of the casters have locking mechanisms.
- For Leveling Feet (Optional, if not using casters): Insert the bottom plugs (W) into the designated holes. Screw in the leveling feet (T) with washers (U) into the bottom of the cabinet.
- Step 5: Install Shelf Clips. Insert the shelf clips (S) into the desired slots on the side panels to support the adjustable shelves.
- Step 6: Insert Adjustable Shelves. Place the adjustable shelves (K) onto the installed shelf clips.
- Step 7: Attach Doors. Mount the left door (H) and right door (E) to the cabinet hinges.
- Step 8: Install Door Handles. Attach the door handles (R) to the doors.
- Step 9: Secure Top Corner Brackets. Attach the corner brackets (a) to the top corners of the cabinet using screws (N) for added stability.
