2. Power On the Device:

Press and hold the power button on the ear wax removal tool for approximately 2 seconds to turn it on. A blue indicator light will illuminate, indicating the device is active.

3. Connect to Wi-Fi:

  • Go to your smartphone's Wi-Fi settings.
  • Find and connect to the Wi-Fi network named "AiSee-XXX" (where XXX is a unique identifier for your device).
  • Return to the "EndscopeTool" app and click "Start" to begin viewing the live camera feed.

Operating Instructions

1. Attach an Ear Spoon:

Gently attach a suitable silicone ear spoon to the tip of the camera. Ensure it is securely fastened and will not fall off during use.

2. Position the Camera:

Carefully insert the camera into the ear canal while observing the live feed on your smartphone screen. Adjust the angle and depth slowly to get a clear view of the ear canal and eardrum.

3. Earwax Removal:

Using the attached ear spoon, gently scoop or dislodge earwax. Always move slowly and avoid pushing wax deeper into the ear canal. Do not insert the device too deeply or apply excessive force to prevent injury.

4. Inspection:

The device can also be used for general inspection of the ear, nose, mouth, throat, and other areas as needed.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Device:

  • The camera tip is IP67 waterproof. After each use, detach the ear spoon and clean the camera tip with water or wipe it with alcohol.
  • Ensure the device is completely dry before storage.
  • Clean the silicone ear spoons and traditional ear picks with soap and water or alcohol after each use.
  • Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any residual debris from the ear spoons.

Charging:

Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the device and to a compatible power source. A full charge provides approximately 90 minutes of continuous use. The blue indicator light will show charging status.

Troubleshooting

Device not connecting to phone:

  • Ensure the device is powered on and the blue indicator light is active.
  • Verify that your phone's Wi-Fi is enabled and connected to the "AiSee-XXX" network.
  • Restart both the ear wax removal tool and your smartphone, then attempt to connect again.
  • Ensure the "EndscopeTool" app has necessary permissions (e.g., Wi-Fi, camera access) on your phone.

Poor image quality:

  • Check if the camera lens is clean. Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
