5.3 General Cooking Steps

1. Prepare Ingredients: Place your ingredients and liquids into the inner pot. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
2. Close Lid: Place the lid on the cooker and turn it clockwise until it locks into place. Ensure the steam release handle is in the "Sealing" position for pressure cooking.
3. Select Program: Plug in the cooker. Press the desired preset cooking program button (e.g., "Rice", "Meat/Stew").
4. Adjust Settings (Optional):
   • Press "Adjust" to modify cooking time or pressure level (High/Low) if available for the selected program. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to change values.

• Delay Start: Press the "Delay Start" button after selecting a cooking program. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the desired delay time (up to 24 hours). The cooker will start cooking after the set delay.
• Keep Warm/Cancel: After cooking, the cooker automatically switches to "Keep Warm" mode. Press "Keep Warm/Cancel" to turn off this function or to cancel any program before it starts.
