5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Pre-Cleaning
Before operating the carpet extractor, thoroughly vacuum the carpet to remove loose dirt and debris. This will enhance the effectiveness of the deep cleaning process.
5.2 Applying Cleaning Solution and Extraction
- Turn on the machine using the power switch on the control panel.
- Engage the brush motor (900 RPM) and spray pump (160 PSI) switches.
- Slowly push the machine forward over the carpet, allowing the high-pressure spray to penetrate carpet fibers and the brush to agitate dirt.
- Pull the machine backward over the same area. The powerful 21 KPA suction will extract the dirty water and cleaning solution, promoting faster drying.
- Overlap each pass slightly to ensure complete coverage.
- For heavily soiled areas, repeat the process.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Emptying and Cleaning Tanks
- After each use, turn off the machine and unplug it.
- Remove the recovery tank and empty the dirty water into a drain.
- Rinse both the recovery tank and the solution tank thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow tanks to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.
6.2 Cleaning the Brush and Nozzle
Regularly inspect and clean the brush roller and spray nozzle to prevent clogs and maintain optimal performance. Remove any hair, lint, or debris that may have accumulated.

Store the SANITMAX SM350 in a clean, dry area. Ensure all tanks are empty and dry. Coil the power cord neatly.
