1. Setup
1.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the generator from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Ensure all components listed in the packing list are present.
- Generator unit
- Spark plug wrench
- Oil funnel
- Screwdriver
- EU plugs
- Dust cover
- USB adapter
1.2 Placement and Ventilation
Place the generator on a firm, level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating and to disperse exhaust fumes. Do not operate indoors or in enclosed spaces.
1.3 Adding Engine Oil
Before first use, the engine must be filled with oil. The oil capacity is approximately 0.6 liters. Use SAE 10W-30 engine oil. Do not overfill.

2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Starting the Generator
Ensure the generator is on a level surface and all connections are secure.
- Turn the fuel valve to the 'ON' position.
- Move the choke lever to the 'CHOKE' position (if the engine is cold).
- For electric start: Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the 'START' position. Release once the engine starts.
- For manual start: Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, slowly move the choke lever to the 'RUN' position.

2.2 Connecting Electrical Loads
After the generator has started and stabilized, you can connect your electrical appliances. Ensure the total wattage of connected devices does not exceed the generator's rated output (6000W nominal, 6500W maximum).
2.3 Stopping the Generator
- Disconnect all electrical loads from the generator.
- Turn the engine switch to the 'OFF' position.
- Turn the fuel valve to the 'OFF' position.
3. Maintenance
3.1 Regular Maintenance Schedule
| Item | Every Use | Every 25 Hrs / Monthly | Every 100 Hrs / Annually |
|---|---|---|---|
| Check Oil Level | ✓ | ||
| Clean Air Filter | ✓ | ||
| Change Engine Oil | ✓ | ||
| Inspect Spark Plug | ✓ | ||
| Drain Fuel System | ✓ (for storage) |
3.2 Engine Oil Change
To change the engine oil, ensure the engine is warm. Place a suitable container under the oil drain plug. Remove the oil fill cap and the drain plug to allow the oil to drain completely. Reinstall the drain plug and refill with fresh SAE 10W-30 oil to the upper mark on the dipstick. Securely replace the oil fill cap.

3.3 Air Filter Cleaning
Remove the air filter cover and take out the foam filter element. Wash the filter element in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to air dry completely. Apply a few drops of clean engine oil to the filter, then squeeze out any excess. Reinstall the filter and cover.

3.4 Spark Plug Inspection and Replacement
Remove the spark plug cap and use a spark plug wrench to remove the spark plug. Inspect the electrode for wear or carbon buildup. Clean or replace the spark plug as necessary. Ensure the gap is correct before reinstalling. Tighten the spark plug securely and reattach the cap.

3.5 Fuel System Draining for Storage
For long-term storage, it is necessary to drain residual fuel from the carburetor. Turn the fuel valve to 'ON'. Loosen the drain screw on the carburetor bowl counter-clockwise to drain the fuel into a suitable container. Once drained, tighten the screw clockwise.
