Do not use on or near eyes or eyelids.
Excessive heat can potentially cause skin irritation or injury.
Keep the Luminova and its power cable away from heat sources and fire.
This Luminova is not waterproof. Keep away from liquids. Do not immerse in water.
Do not use the Luminova or plug/unplug the power cable with wet hands.
Always power off the Luminova after each use.
For external use only.
Do not use under blankets or pillows.
Always inspect the device and power cable for damage before each use. Do not use if damaged, malfunctioning, or if the unit has been exposed to water.

Setup

Charge Device: Before first use, fully charge the Luminova device using the provided USB-C cable. The display will show battery percentage.
Position Device: Place the device comfortably around your neck. The flexible design allows it to conform to your neck and upper chest/back area.
Secure Fit: Use the adjustable Velcro straps to secure the device snugly but comfortably. Ensure the LED lights are in direct contact with the skin for optimal results.

Operating Instructions

Power On: Press the 'on/off' button located on the control panel to turn on the device. The default session duration is 20 minutes.
Select Mode: Press the 'switch' button to cycle through the available light settings:
- Red Light (660nm): Boosts blood circulation, stimulates collagen & elastin production.
- Near-Infrared Light (850nm): Decreases inflammation, helps relieve pain, encourages cell repair. (Note: Near-infrared light is invisible to the naked eye.)
- Blue Light (465nm): Accelerates skin recovery, reduces redness and irritation.
- Pulse Mode: Some modes may offer a pulsing light for deeper penetration.
Session Duration: Each session runs for a preset 20 minutes and will automatically shut off.
Frequency of Use: Use up to 20 minutes per session, up to 3 times daily. Allow at least 2 hours between sessions.
Power Off: To manually turn off the device, press and hold the 'on/off' button. The display will show the remaining battery percentage.

Light Therapy Treatment Plan

Commit to a 3-month treatment plan with the Luminova. You could see pain relief results sooner, or even immediately, but full benefits may not be achieved until you have completed three months of treatment. Be patient and consistent. Use the Luminova for a maximum of 20 minutes per session, up to 3 times a day, for a full 3 months.

Do not stop your other pain-relief treatments, especially any prescription medication abruptly when you begin light therapy treatment. If you do not see significant improvement after 3-4 weeks of treatment, discuss future pain management options with your doctor or therapist.

Maintenance

Cleaning: Unplug the device before cleaning. Wipe the device clean with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
Charging: Recharge the device when the battery is low. The display will indicate the remaining battery percentage when powered off.
Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Press and hold the 'on/off' button for a few seconds.
Lights not illuminating: Check if the device is powered on and has sufficient battery. Near-infrared lights are invisible to the naked eye.
Device not holding charge: Ensure the charging cable is properly connected. If issues persist, contact customer support.
Skin irritation: Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Ensure the device is not used on or near eyes or eyelids.
