To clean your power bank, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents. Avoid getting moisture into any openings.

5.2 Storage

Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the power bank is charged to approximately 50% to prolong battery life.

5.3 Battery Care

  • Avoid fully discharging the power bank frequently.
  • Do not expose the power bank to temperatures above 45°C (113°F) or below 0°C (32°F).
  • The power bank contains an integrated lithium polymer battery that is not user-replaceable. Do not attempt to open the device.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Xoopar Ice-Powerbank, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Power bank not charging: Ensure the USB-C input cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power source. Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
  • Device not charging from power bank: Ensure the built-in cable is fully inserted into your device's charging port. Check if the power bank itself has sufficient charge. Try a different device to rule out a device-specific issue.
  • LED light not working: Ensure the power bank has some charge. Gently touch the touch area to activate the light. If it still doesn't work, the power bank might be fully discharged.
  • Slow charging: Ensure your device and the power bank are compatible with the charging speed. Some devices may charge slower than others.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, please contact customer support.
