• Infants have suffocated in gaps between extra padding and the side of the bassinet/sleeper, and on soft bedding.
• Use ONLY the pad provided by the manufacturer for padding. NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
• Always ensure the bassinet is placed on a firm, flat surface.
• Do not use this product if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken.
• The bassinet is suitable for infants from 0-12 months, with a maximum weight capacity of 15 kg (33 lbs). Discontinue use when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or reaches the maximum weight, whichever comes first.
