Setup

  1. Placement: Position the projector on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there are no obstructions to the lens or ventilation vents. For optimal viewing, project onto a smooth, light-colored wall or a projector screen. The projector supports ultra-short throw, allowing a 33-300 inch screen from 0.9m to 5m distance.
  2. Power Connection: Connect the provided power cable to the projector's power input and then to a power outlet.
  3. Initial Power On: Press the power button on the projector or the remote control to turn on the device.
  4. Focus Adjustment: Use the electric focus buttons on the remote control (often marked F+ and F-) to sharpen the image until it is clear.
  5. Keystone Correction: If the projected image appears trapezoidal, use the keystone correction settings (usually found in the projector's menu or via dedicated buttons on the remote) to adjust the image to a perfect rectangle. The X7 supports ±60° vertical keystone correction.
  6. Network Connection (WiFi):
    • Navigate to the "Settings" menu on the projector's home screen.
    • Select "Network" or "WiFi Settings".
    • Choose your desired 2.4G or 5G WiFi network from the list and enter the password.
