3. Setup Instructions
The RM-014S+ universal remote offers several methods for setup to ensure compatibility with your television. Please follow one of the methods below.

3.1. Setting with Brand
- Ensure your TV is turned on.
- Press and hold the SET button on the remote.
- While holding SET, press the corresponding number button for your TV brand (e.g., 1 for LG, 2 for Sony, 3 for Samsung, 4 for Sharp, 5 for Panasonic, 6 for Toshiba, 7 for Philips, 8 for Haier, 9 for Hitachi/Sanyo, 0 for TCL/Konka, CH.LIST for AOC, P.MODE for Other Brand).
- Release both buttons. The remote should now control your TV.
3.2. Set Up with Code
- Turn on your TV.
- Press and hold the SET button.
- While holding SET, press the POWER button. The indicator light on the remote will turn on.
- Enter the 3-digit code for your TV brand (refer to the code list, usually provided with the remote or found online).

- While holding SET, press the POWER button. The indicator light will turn on.
- Release both buttons. The remote will now automatically search for the correct code. The indicator light will flash.
- When the TV turns off or responds, immediately press the SET button to stop the search and save the code.
