1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids. Only the frothing cup and whisk are washable.
• Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to your local mains voltage before connecting.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
• Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• Always ensure the frothing cup is properly seated on the base before operation.
• Do not fill the frothing cup above the maximum fill lines to prevent overflow.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.

4. Setup and First Use

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
2. Clean: Before first use, wash the frothing cup, whisk, and lid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not wash the motor base.
3. Assemble Whisk: Place the frothing whisk securely onto the magnetic pin at the bottom of the frothing cup. Ensure it is properly seated.
4. Position Cup: Place the frothing cup onto the motor base. Ensure it is stable.
5. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The OLED screen will illuminate.

5.1 Overview of Functions (8-IN-1)

The AMZCHEF Milk Frother offers 8 distinct functions, easily selectable via the control knob:

5.2 Filling the Frothing Cup

Observe the internal fill lines for optimal results:

• MAX (600ml): Maximum level for heating milk without frothing.
• MAX (300ml): Maximum level for frothing milk or preparing milk-based baby food.
• MIN (120ml): Minimum liquid level for all functions.

For best frothing results, use whole milk (fat content > 3.0%).

5.3 Selecting a Program

1. Pour the desired amount of milk into the frothing cup, observing the MIN and MAX fill lines.
2. Place the lid on the frothing cup.
3. Rotate the one-touch control knob to cycle through the available programs displayed on the OLED screen.
4. Press the knob to select your desired program. The frother will begin operation.
5. The appliance will automatically stop when the program is complete.

5.4 Induction Heating Technology

This frother utilizes safe Induction Heating (IH) technology. This method heats ingredients evenly and efficiently, preventing overheating and burnt milk. The induction system also operates quietly. If the frother is not used within 60 seconds, it will enter standby mode for safety and energy efficiency.

5.5 Frothing Process

The radial magnetic drive technology ensures rapid and consistent frothing. The magnetic base firmly drives the whisk, creating smooth and delicate milk foam.

5.6 Pouring and Serving

The frothing cup features a drip-free spout, allowing for precise pouring and easy creation of latte art.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your milk frother.

1. Disconnect: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Cool Down: Allow the frother to cool completely before handling.
3. Remove Cup: Detach the frothing cup from the motor base.
4. Clean Cup and Whisk: The frothing cup and whisk are removable and can be cleaned directly under running water with mild detergent. Use a soft brush or sponge to remove any milk residue. Rinse thoroughly. The frothing cup is not dishwasher safe.
5. Clean Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a soft, damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
