5. Maintenance and Care

  • Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.

  • Stability Check: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
  • Adjustable Feet: Ensure the adjustable feet are properly set to keep the rack level and stable on uneven floors.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Issue: The rack feels wobbly or unstable.
    • Solution: Check that all screws are securely tightened. Adjust the leveling feet on the bottom of the rack to compensate for uneven floors. Ensure the anti-tip kit is properly installed and secured to the wall.
  • Issue: Power strip is not working.
    • Solution: Check if the main power switch on the strip is in the "ON" position. Verify that the power strip's cable is securely plugged into a functional wall outlet. If the power strip has tripped due to overload, unplug some devices and press the reset button (if available) or cycle the on/off switch.
  • Issue: Parts do not fit during assembly.
    • Solution: Double-check the part numbers against the assembly diagram. Ensure you are not forcing parts. Sometimes, rotating a piece 180 degrees can resolve fit issues. If a part is genuinely defective or incorrect, contact customer support.
