- Handling: Handle the pedal with care. Avoid dropping it or subjecting it to strong impacts.
- Power: Always use the specified power supply. Disconnect power when the pedal is not in use for extended periods.
4. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your MOOER Harmonier, refer to the following common problems and their potential solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No harmony effect or sound output. | Incorrect connections, pedal not powered on, volume levels too low, or incorrect mode selection. | Verify all cables are securely connected. Ensure the power supply is properly connected and the pedal is turned on. Check the LEVEL knob and your amplifier/mixer volume. Confirm the correct harmony mode is selected. |
| Harmony effect is not noticeable or too subtle. | Harmony volume (LEVEL knob) is too low. | Increase the LEVEL knob. Experiment with different harmony modes to find a more prominent effect. |
| Unwanted noise or hum. | Ground loop issue, faulty cables, or interference. | Use the GND/LIFT switch on the rear panel. Try different cables. Ensure power supply is stable and free from interference. |
| Vocal tone (FLAT, WARM, BRIGHT) not changing. | Not in tone adjustment mode. | Press both footswitches simultaneously to enter tone adjustment mode before pressing the LED button to cycle tones. |
| Instrument signal not affected by harmony. | The Harmonier's harmony effects primarily apply to the microphone input. | The harmony function is designed for vocals. The instrument input has its own reverb effect. If you require instrument harmonization, consider a dedicated instrument harmonizer pedal. |
