1. Setup and Assembly

The eAhora M1P Electric Trike is delivered 95% factory assembled. Only minimal assembly is required, primarily involving the installation of the tires and handlebars. A complete set of installation tools is included in the box to facilitate this process.

Unboxing and Initial Assembly

Carefully open the packaging. Remove all packing materials and components. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present before proceeding with assembly.

Handlebar Installation

Attach the handlebars to the steering column. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened using the provided tools. Verify that the brake levers and control switches are positioned comfortably for operation.

Front Wheel Installation

Install the front wheel, ensuring the brake disc is correctly aligned within the brake pads. Secure the wheel axle firmly. After installation, rotate the front wheel to confirm smooth movement and proper brake function.

Rear Wheels Installation

Attach the rear wheels, ensuring the lug nuts are tightened securely. Verify that the rear brake discs are properly aligned and the wheels rotate freely without obstruction.

Rear Rack Installation

Mount the rear rack onto the designated attachment points at the rear of the trike. Secure it with the provided bolts and ensure it is stable for carrying cargo.

Rear Box Installation (Optional)

If installing a rear box, attach the mounting plate to the rear rack using the provided hardware. Then, secure the rear box to the mounting plate. Ensure the locking mechanism functions correctly.

Rearview Mirror Installation

Screw the rearview mirrors into the designated mounts on the handlebars. Adjust the mirrors to provide a clear view of the rear.

Phone Holder Installation

Install the phone holder on the handlebars. Ensure it is securely fastened and positioned for easy viewing of navigation routes while driving.

Battery Installation

Insert the 60V 30Ah lithium-ion battery into its compartment. Ensure the air switch is turned off before connecting the battery. Once connected, turn the air switch on. Secure the battery compartment cover.

Starting the Trike

1. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the ON position.
2. The dual LCD display will illuminate, showing power level, speed, and other conditions.
3. Alternatively, double-click the Start button on the remote control to turn on the scooter.

Speed Control and Gears

The trike features multiple speed gears. Use the controls on the handlebar to switch between different speed settings according to your riding conditions and preference.

Lighting System

• Use the left button on the handlebar controls to turn on the headlights.
• Use the right button to turn off the headlights.
