The Midea MDC17P0ABB Portable Countertop Mini Dishwasher is designed for small living spaces, offering convenience without the need for permanent installation. 2. Setup and Installation
Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the dishwasher from its packaging.
- Ensure the distance between your countertop and any overhead wall cupboard is more than 19.6 inches (49.8 cm) for proper clearance.
- Place the dishwasher on a stable, level surface near a power outlet and a drain.

Water Supply Options
The Midea countertop dishwasher offers two convenient water supply methods:

3. Operating Instructions
Loading Dishes
The dishwasher is designed to hold up to 30+ items, including plates up to 9.5 inches. Utilize the adjustable shelf for high glasses and foldable flip tines for pans or pots to maximize space.

Adding Detergent
Use standard dishwasher powders or detergents. Regular liquid dish soap is not recommended as it can cause operational issues. For the FRUIT program, no detergent is needed. For the RAPID program, use half the standard quantity of detergent.

Program Options
Select from six program options to meet your daily washing needs:

- NORMAL: Standard wash for everyday dishes. (Approx. 130 mins)
- RAPID: Quick wash for lightly soiled items. (Approx. 40 mins, use half detergent)
- HYGIENE 162℉: High-temperature wash for thorough sanitization. (Approx. 135 mins)
- FRUIT: Gentle wash for fruits, no detergent needed. (Approx. 20 mins)
- GLASS: Delicate care for glassware. (Approx. 120 mins)
- AIR REFRESH: Extra drying mode with circulation to remove moisture and odor.
Intuitive Operation
The dishwasher features an LED digital display and touch controls for easy program selection and monitoring. It also includes leak protection with an overflow switch that detects and cuts off water supply to prevent spills.

4. Maintenance and Care
Extra Drying & Stay Fresh Function
The AIR REFRESH function circulates air to remove moisture and odors, combined with 20 hours of automatic ventilation. This keeps your dishes and the machine dry and fresh for extended periods.

High-Temperature Hygiene Care
The 162℉ (72℃) high-temperature wash program effectively removes tough stains and provides hygienic cleaning for your dishes.
