Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Blender does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet not working; jar not properly seated. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Check power outlet with another appliance. Ensure jar/bottle is correctly assembled and seated on the base. |
| Ingredients not blending smoothly. | Too little liquid; too many ingredients; ingredients too large. | Add more liquid. Reduce the amount of ingredients. Cut larger ingredients into smaller pieces. Use the Pulse function to break up larger chunks. |
| Blender stops during operation. | Overheating protection activated. | Unplug the blender and let it cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before attempting to use it again. Reduce load for next use. |
| Leakage from jar/bottle. | Lid not properly secured; blade assembly not tightened (for 2GO bottles). | Ensure the lid is firmly pressed down and sealed. For 2GO bottles, ensure the blade assembly lid is tightly screwed on. |
