  • Read all instructions before using this heater.
  • This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles if provided when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 1 meter (3 feet) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
  • Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
  • Always unplug the heater when not in use.
  • Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner. Return heater to authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.
  • Do not use outdoors. This heater is intended for indoor use only.
  • Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
  • To disconnect heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet.
  • Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
  • To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
  • A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
  • Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Plug the heater into a suitable electrical outlet.
  2. Select Heat Setting: Locate the control knob or buttons, typically on the front or top of the heater. This model features 3 quartz bars, allowing for multiple heat settings. Turn the knob or press the buttons to select your desired heat output (e.g., 1 bar for low heat, 2 bars for medium, 3 bars for high heat).
  3. Safety Tip-Over Switch: The heater is equipped with a safety tip-over switch. If the heater is accidentally knocked over, it will automatically shut off. To resume operation, place the heater upright on a stable surface, and it should restart. If it does not, check the power connection and heat settings.
  4. Power Off: To turn off the heater, set the control knob or buttons to the "OFF" position. Unplug the heater from the wall outlet when not in use.

Note: It is normal for heaters to emit a slight odor when first used. This is due to the burning off of manufacturing oils and will dissipate after a few uses.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will help ensure the efficient operation and longevity of your heater.

  1. Before Cleaning: Always ensure the heater is switched off, unplugged from the power outlet, and completely cool before attempting any cleaning or maintenance.
  2. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or polishes as these may damage the finish. Ensure no water enters the interior of the heater.
  3. Dust Removal: Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust from the grilles and ventilation openings. Do not attempt to clean the quartz heating elements directly.
  4. Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the heater in its original packaging in a cool, dry place.
  5. Cord Care: Do not wrap the power cord tightly around the heater. Avoid twisting or kinking the cord.
