7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your ZENWIRE H6 Mini Projector, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No image or distorted image | Loose cable connection, incorrect input source, out of focus. | Check HDMI/USB connections. Select correct input source. Adjust focus wheel. Use keystone correction for trapezoidal images. |
| No sound | Volume too low, external speaker not connected/paired, audio format not supported. | Increase projector volume. Ensure Bluetooth speaker is paired or HDMI audio is enabled. Check audio settings on source device. |
| Projector is noisy | Fan operating to cool the device. | The projector's fan operates to maintain optimal temperature. Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked. While the fan noise is generally low (29 dB), it may be more noticeable in very quiet environments. Consider using external speakers to mask the sound if it is distracting. |
| Cannot adjust brightness | Brightness is fixed or automatically adjusted. | The ZENWIRE H6 projector has a fixed brightness output of 2000 lumens. Brightness adjustment may not be available as a user-configurable setting. Ensure your viewing environment is adequately dark for optimal picture quality. |
| Wireless mirroring not working | Not on same WiFi network, device not compatible, incorrect settings. | Ensure both projector and source device are on the same 2.4GHz or 5GHz WiFi network. Verify your device supports Miracast/AirPlay. Follow the specific steps for your device type. |
