4. Setup Guide

4.1 General Connection Steps

1. Take out the USB-C to USB-A data cable included with your Striker Pro.
2. Insert the Type-C end of the cable into the Striker Pro Adapter.
3. Plug the USB-A end of the cable into an available USB port on your gaming console. The white light on the Striker Pro will start flashing, indicating it has entered Guide Mode.
4. Connect your official console controller (powered off) to the designated USB port on the Striker Pro Adapter. The white light on the adapter will turn into a solid green or blue light, indicating a successful connection.
5. Connect your keyboard and mouse (and other peripherals like a headset) to the remaining USB ports on the Striker Pro Adapter. They should now be ready to use.

Important Note: We recommend using official controllers purchased from reliable sources. Always hold down the power button to turn off the controller before connecting it to the adapter to ensure proper recognition.

4.2 Console-Specific Setup

4.2.1 Xbox Series S/X, Xbox One, Xbox 360 Setup

Follow the general connection steps. Ensure your Xbox controller is powered off before connecting it to the Striker Pro. The adapter's light will turn solid green upon successful connection.

4.2.2 PlayStation 4 (PS4) / PlayStation 3 (PS3) Setup

For PS4/PS3, ensure your console's controller communication method is set to "Use USB Cable" in the system settings (Settings > Devices > Controllers > Communication Method). Connect your powered-off PS4/PS3 controller to the Striker Pro. The adapter's light will turn solid blue upon successful connection.

Note for PS3: PS3 consoles may require an external power supply for the Striker Pro to function correctly. Use a standard 5V USB power adapter (not included) connected to the extra power port on the Striker Pro if you experience power-related issues.

4.2.3 Nintendo Switch (NS/NS2) Setup

For Nintendo Switch, ensure "Pro Controller Wired Communication" is enabled in the Switch system settings (System Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Pro Controller Wired Communication). Connect your powered-off Switch Pro Controller (or Joy-Cons via a charging grip) to the Striker Pro. The adapter's light will indicate successful connection.

5. GEEKVICE APP Configuration

The GEEKVICE APP allows for extensive customization of your Striker Pro adapter. It is recommended to download the latest version of the app for optimal functionality and to update your device firmware.

5.1 App Download and Connection

1. Download the latest GEEKVICE APP from your mobile device's app store (available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
2. Open the app and scan for nearby devices using Bluetooth.
3. Connect to your Striker Pro Adapter within the app.
4. Select the corresponding console type (e.g., Switch, PS4, Xbox Series X/S) in the app.

5.2 Customizing Game Parameters

Once connected, you can access the configuration page to adjust various parameters:

• Mouse Settings: Adjust sensitivity, smoothness, aim boost, dead zone, and ballistic curve.
• ADS (Aim Down Sight) Settings: Configure specific settings for aiming precision.
• Rocker Settings: Customize movement speed and trigger modes.
• Key Mapping: Remap keyboard and mouse buttons to console controller inputs. The app supports FLEX-Mapping for advanced customization.
• Polling Rate: Set the polling rate up to 1000Hz for faster response times.

6. Firmware Update

• PS3 power issues:
  • Connect an external 5V USB power adapter to the Striker Pro's extra power port.
