Introduction

Safety Information

Setup & Assembly

Follow these steps for proper assembly of your UTV. Refer to the assembly video for visual guidance.

Step 1: Battery Connection

Locate the battery compartment. Connect the red terminal to the red wire and the black terminal to the black wire. Ensure a secure connection. The power light on the dashboard will illuminate if connected correctly.

Step 2: Front Axle & Rear Axle Assembly

Insert the front axle into its designated slots, ensuring it rotates freely. Secure with the provided nuts and washers. Repeat for the rear axle, ensuring proper alignment for wheel attachment.

Step 3: Wheels and Wheel Covers Assembly

Attach the EVA tires to the axles. Secure each wheel with its corresponding nut and then snap on the wheel covers. Ensure all wheels spin freely and are securely fastened.

Step 4: Front Guard & Steering Wheel Assembly

Install the front guard by aligning it with the designated slots and securing it. Attach the steering wheel to the steering column, ensuring it clicks into place. Connect any necessary wiring for horn and music functions. The steering wheel requires 4*AA batteries (not included).

Step 5: Seat Assembly

Place the seat onto the UTV frame, aligning the mounting points. Secure the seat with the provided screws. Ensure the 5-point safety belt is properly installed and adjustable.

Operating Instructions

Your TEOAYEAH UTV offers both manual and parental remote control modes.

Manual Control

The child can operate the UTV using the steering wheel and foot pedal. Ensure the power button is on and the forward/backward switch is set to the desired direction.

Parental Remote Control

The 2.4G remote control allows parents to supervise and control the vehicle. It features 3-gear speed adjustment and a 'P' gear stop button for immediate halting in emergencies. The remote control requires 2*AAA batteries (not included).

Driving Modes

The UTV features a 4WD/2WD switch. 2WD (rear-wheel drive) is an energy-saving mode for longer playtime. Switching to 4WD activates all motors for maximum power and traction on rugged terrain.

Charging

Connect the charger to the charging port located at the rear of the UTV. The charger indicator light will show charging status. A full charge typically takes 8-12 hours. Do not overcharge.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your UTV.

• Keep the UTV clean by wiping it with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
• Store the UTV in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
• Charge the battery fully after each use and at least once a month during storage to prolong battery life.
• Regularly check all screws, nuts, and connections to ensure they are tight and secure.
