3. Before First Use

Before using your air fryer for the first time, follow these steps:

1. Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
2. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
3. Clean the frying basket and non-stick pan thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry completely.

4. Setup

Setting up your Severin FR2440 Air Fryer is quick and easy.

5. Operating Instructions

Your Severin FR2440 Air Fryer uses hot air circulation to cook food, requiring little to no oil.

Basic Operation:

1. Gently pull the handle to slide the frying basket out of the air fryer.
2. Place your ingredients into the frying basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
3. Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer until it locks into place.
4. Press the power button on the LCD touch screen to turn on the appliance.
5. Use the temperature control buttons (+ / -) to set the desired cooking temperature (80°C to 200°C).
6. Use the time control buttons (+ / -) to set the desired cooking time.
7. Press the start button to begin the cooking process.
8. Some foods may require shaking halfway through the cooking time. To do this, pull out the basket, shake it gently, and then slide it back in. The appliance will resume cooking automatically.
9. When the cooking time is complete, the appliance will beep. Carefully pull out the basket and empty the cooked food.
10. Unplug the appliance after use.
