4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly Steps:

- Final Tightening: Once all legs are in place, use the Allen wrench to fully tighten all bolts. Do not overtighten.
- Upright the Desk: With assistance, carefully turn the desk upright and place it in its desired location.
- Check Stability: Gently push down on the desk to ensure it is stable and level. Adjust if necessary.

5. Operating Instructions
The Dumont Writing Desk is designed for general home office use, providing a stable work surface and convenient storage.
Using the Drawer:
- The desk features one central drawer for storing small office items.
- To open, gently pull the soft gold drawer pull.
- To close, push the drawer firmly until it is flush with the desk front.
- Avoid overloading the drawer to ensure smooth operation and prevent damage to the glides.
