Key Components:

Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the electric piano and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Placement: Place the piano on a stable, flat surface.
  3. Music Stand: Insert the detachable music stand into the designated slots on the top of the piano.
  4. Power Connection:
    • Connect the power adapter to the DC 9V input port on the back of the piano.
    • Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
  5. Microphone Connection (Optional): If desired, plug the microphone into the MIC input port.
  6. Headphone Connection (Optional): For private practice, plug headphones into the OUT port. This will mute the built-in speakers.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Press the POWER button to turn the piano on or off. The digital display will illuminate when powered on.

2. Volume Control

Use the VOLUME +/- buttons to adjust the overall sound level.

3. Selecting Tones (Instruments)

The piano includes 128 different tones. To select a tone:

  1. Press the TONE button.
  2. Use the number buttons (0-9) or the +/- buttons to select a tone number. The selected tone number will appear on the display.
  3. Play the keys to hear the selected instrument sound.

4. Selecting Rhythms

The piano features 128 rhythms. To select and play a rhythm:

  1. Press the RHYTHM button.
  2. Use the number buttons (0-9) or the +/- buttons to select a rhythm number.
  3. Press the START/STOP button to begin the rhythm.
  4. Use the TEMPO +/- buttons to adjust the rhythm speed.
  5. Press START/STOP again to stop the rhythm.

5. Playing Demo Songs

The piano has 30 built-in demo songs. To play a demo song:

  1. Press the DEMO SONG button.
  2. Use the number buttons (0-9) or the +/- buttons to select a song number.
  3. Press PLAY to start the selected demo song.
  4. Press PLAY again to stop the song.

6. Recording Function

You can record and play back your own compositions:

  1. Press the RECORD button. The display may show "REC" or a similar indicator.
  2. Play your desired melody on the keys.
  3. Press PLAY to stop recording and play back your recorded performance.
  4. To record a new piece, repeat the process. The previous recording will be overwritten.

7. Teaching Function

The piano includes a teaching function to assist with learning. Refer to the specific buttons labeled for teaching modes (e.g., ONE KEY, FOLLOW, ENSEMBLE) on the control panel. Each mode offers a different learning approach, typically guiding you through demo songs or exercises.

  • One Key Mode: Allows you to play any key to advance the melody of a selected demo song.
  • Follow Mode: The piano waits for you to play the correct note before proceeding with the song.
  • Ensemble Mode: The piano plays the melody, and you play along with the accompaniment.

Consult the labels on your piano's control panel for exact button functions related to the teaching modes.

8. Metronome

To activate the metronome for timing practice:

  1. Press the METRONOME button.
  2. Use the TEMPO +/- buttons to adjust the metronome speed.
  3. Press METRONOME again to turn it off.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the piano with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the piano in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Handling: Avoid dropping or subjecting the piano to strong impacts.

Troubleshooting
