2. Safety Information

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these step-by-step instructions carefully. It is recommended to assemble the desk on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. An assembly video is provided below for visual guidance.

Step-by-Step Assembly:

1. Prepare the Frames: Attach the adjustable feet (Part 6) to the bottom of all vertical frames (Parts E, F, L, M). Ensure the two extra rivet holes on Part F face outward.
2. Assemble Left Shelf Unit: Connect the two left vertical frames (Parts E and F) using the small board (Part D) and the crossbar (Part G). Attach the top bar (Part H) and the keyboard tray mechanism (Part J) to complete the left side. Ensure the screw hole of Part H faces in and outward, not up and down. Make sure the keyboard tray mechanism on Part J is closer to Part E.
3. Assemble Right Shelf Unit: Similarly, connect the two right vertical frames (Parts L and M) using the small board (Part D). Attach the other keyboard tray mechanism (Part K) to Part L, ensuring it stays closer to the side without rivet holes.
4. Connect the Main Desktop: Place the main desktop (Part B) onto the assembled left and right shelf units. Secure it with the provided screws.
5. Install Monitor Stand and Crossbars: Attach the long monitor shelf (Part A) to the top of the main desktop using the designated supports. Finally, install the back crossbars (Part N) and side crossbars (Part O) to enhance stability.

Note: Do not fully tighten all screws until the entire desk is assembled and aligned. Once all parts are in place, tighten all screws securely.

5. Operating Instructions

Ergonomic Monitor Stand:

The integrated monitor stand (3.7" height) is designed to elevate your screen to an ergonomic viewing height. This helps to reduce neck and back strain, promoting a more comfortable and healthy posture during extended use.

Smooth Keyboard Tray:

The pull-out keyboard tray provides a convenient space for your keyboard and mouse, keeping your main desktop clear for other items. It is designed for smooth operation and can accommodate most standard 108 or 87-key keyboards.

7. Troubleshooting

• Desk Wobbles:
  • Ensure all screws are fully tightened.
  • Check if the desk is on a level surface. Use the adjustable feet to compensate for uneven floors.
  • Verify that the X-cross bars (Part N and O) are correctly installed and tightened, as they provide significant stability.
• Missing Parts:
  • Refer to the "Package Contents" section and the provided parts diagram.
  • If parts are genuinely missing, contact VERMESS customer service immediately for assistance.
• Difficulty with Keyboard Tray:
  • Ensure the keyboard tray mechanisms (Parts J and K) are installed correctly, with the proper orientation as shown in the assembly video.
