Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the interior of the pot, the steamer basket, and the glass lid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Placement: Place the hot pot on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Connect Power: Insert the detachable power cord into the appliance's power socket firmly. Plug the other end into a standard 110V electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
The Audecook Electric Hot Pot features dual power options (250W and 600W) controlled by a rotary knob, allowing you to adjust the temperature to suit your cooking needs.

- Add Ingredients: Fill the pot with water or desired ingredients. Ensure the water level is between the MIN and MAX marks inside the pot.
- Select Power Mode: Turn the rotary knob to select your desired power setting:
- MODE 1 (250W): Ideal for gentle cooking such as eggs, oatmeal, or soups.
- MODE 2 (600W): Suitable for faster cooking like steaming seafood, searing steaks, cooking pot noodles, or making fondue.
- Cooking with Steamer: If using the steamer, place the steamer basket with food on top of the main pot. Cover with the glass lid.
- Monitor Cooking: The transparent glass lid allows you to monitor your food without lifting the lid. The steam vent helps release excess steam.
- Finish Cooking: Once cooking is complete, turn the rotary knob to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.
