The system consists of two main parts:
- RF2.4G Remote Control: A handheld device for wireless control.
- RF2.4G Receiver: The unit that connects to your LED lighting and power supply, receiving signals from the remote.
Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly set up your CEMELI RF2.4G LED Dimmer system.
1. Wiring the Receiver
- Power Supply Connection: Connect the output of your 12-24V DC power supply to the input terminals of the receiver. Ensure correct polarity (V+ to V+, V- to V-).
- LED Strip Connection: Connect your LED strip(s) to the output terminals of the receiver.
- For Monochrome LED strips: Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) wires to the corresponding output terminals.
- For RGB LED strips: Connect R, G, B, and V+ wires to the corresponding output terminals.
- For RGBW LED strips: Connect R, G, B, W, and V+ wires to the corresponding output terminals.

- Secure Connections: Ensure all wire connections are secure to prevent short circuits or loose contacts.
2. Remote Control Pairing (if necessary)
The remote control and receiver are usually pre-paired. If pairing is required or you wish to pair a new remote/receiver:
- Ensure the receiver is powered off.
- Power on the receiver. Within 3 seconds of powering on, press the 'I' (ON) button on the remote control for the desired group (1-4) three times.
- The connected LED lights should flash three times, indicating successful pairing.
- To unpair, repeat the process, but press the 'O' (OFF) button three times instead. The lights will flash four times to confirm unpairing.
Operating Instructions

- Master ON/OFF (Top Buttons):
- I: Turns all connected lights ON.
- O: Turns all connected lights OFF.
- Brightness/Color Touch Ring (Center):
- Touch the ring to adjust brightness for monochrome lights or select colors for RGB/RGBW lights.
- For brightness adjustment, slide your finger along the ring.
- For color selection, tap the desired color on the ring.
- Group Control (Buttons 1-4):
- Each pair of 'I' (ON) and 'O' (OFF) buttons controls a specific group (1, 2, 3, or 4) of paired receivers.
- Press 'I' for a group to turn it ON.
- Press 'O' for a group to turn it OFF.
- Once a group is selected (turned ON), the central touch ring will control only that group.
Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your CEMELI RF2.4G LED Dimmer system:
- Cleaning: Wipe the remote control and receiver with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: If the remote control's range decreases or it becomes unresponsive, replace the batteries. Refer to the remote's battery compartment for the correct battery type (typically CR2032 coin cell).
- Environment: Avoid exposing the devices to extreme temperatures, high humidity, or direct water contact.
- Storage: If storing for an extended period, remove batteries from the remote control.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Lights do not turn ON. | No power to receiver; incorrect wiring; remote batteries low; remote not paired. | Check power supply and connections. Verify wiring polarity. Replace remote batteries. Re-pair remote with receiver. |
| Remote control unresponsive. | Low batteries; out of range; interference. | Replace remote batteries. Move closer to the receiver (within 20-30m). Reduce potential RF interference. |
| Lights flicker or behave erratically. | Loose wiring; incompatible LED strip/power supply; faulty receiver. | Check all wiring connections. Ensure LED strip and power supply specifications match the receiver's requirements. Contact support if issue persists. |
| Cannot control specific groups. | Incorrect group selected; receiver not paired to that group. | Ensure the correct group 'I' button is pressed. Re-pair the receiver to the desired group. |
