Operating Instructions

Starting the Engine (Kick Start)

1. Ensure the transmission is in Neutral (N). The neutral switch will indicate this.
2. Turn on the ignition.
3. Operate the kick starter firmly and smoothly until the engine starts.

Gear Shifting

This engine features a 4-speed forward + Neutral (1-N-2-3-4 return type) manual transmission. The gear shift pattern is as follows:

• 1st Gear: Down from Neutral
• Neutral: Between 1st and 2nd gear
• 2nd, 3rd, 4th Gears: Up from Neutral

Important: Gear shifting is prohibited unless the accelerator is loosened (throttle closed). Attempting to shift gears with the throttle open can damage the transmission.
