5.2 Manual Feeding (On-Device)

To manually dispense one portion of food directly from the feeder, double-click the button located on the front panel of the device.

5.3 Dual Power Supply Operation

The feeder is designed with a dual power system. When both USB power and D batteries are installed, the feeder will primarily use USB power. In the event of a power outage, it will automatically switch to battery power to ensure uninterrupted feeding. It is highly recommended to use both power sources.

5.4 Feeding Two Pets

The double bowl design allows for simultaneous feeding of two pets. The internal mechanism is designed to distribute food evenly between the two bowls.

5.5 Elevated Bowls

The included support bars can be attached to the bowls to raise their height by 3.9 inches. This elevated design can reduce pressure on your pet's joints and spine, promoting more comfortable eating, especially for older or larger pets.

  • Sealing Strip: Ensure the sealing strip on the lid is clean and properly seated to create an airtight seal.
