4. Setup Guide

1. Charge the Keyboard: Before first use, fully charge the keyboard for at least 1 hour using the provided USB-C charging cable. Connect the USB-C end to the keyboard's charging port (located on the side) and the USB-A end to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
2. Connect the Receiver:
   • For standard USB-A ports: Plug the 2.4 GHz USB receiver directly into an available USB-A port on your device.
   • For USB-C ports (e.g., MacBook): Attach the Type-C adapter to the 2.4 GHz USB receiver, then plug the adapter into your device's USB-C port.

3. Power On: Locate the ON/OFF switch on the back of the keyboard and slide it to the "ON" position.
4. Automatic Connection: The keyboard should automatically connect to your device. No additional drivers are typically required.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Backlight Control

• Turn On/Off Backlight: Press Fn + Esc to toggle the backlight on or off.
• Switch Backlight Color: Press Fn + F1 to cycle through the 7 available backlight colors.
• Adjust Brightness: Press Fn + Page Up (↑) to increase brightness, and Fn + Page Down (↓) to decrease brightness. There are 3 brightness levels.

5.2 Using the Phone/Tablet Holder

The integrated slot at the top of the keyboard can securely hold most smartphones and tablets, providing a convenient viewing angle. Simply place your device into the slot.

5.3 Ergonomic Stand

Flip out the foldable stands located on the underside of the keyboard to adjust the typing angle for improved ergonomics and reduced wrist bending.

5.4 Smart Sleep Mode

The keyboard enters an automatic sleep mode after a period of inactivity to conserve battery life. Press any key to wake it up.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the keyboard surface. For deeper cleaning, use compressed air to remove debris from between the keys. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Spill Resistance: While the keyboard is spill-resistant, avoid submerging it in liquids. In case of a spill, immediately power off the keyboard and allow it to dry completely before use.
• Storage: Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting

• Keyboard not responding:
  • Ensure the keyboard is powered on.
  • Check if the USB receiver is securely plugged into your device.
  • Verify the keyboard battery is charged.
  • Try plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port.
  • Restart your computer/device.
• Backlight not working:
  • The backlight function will not work when the battery is low. Charge the keyboard fully.
  • Ensure the backlight is turned on using Fn + Esc.
• Connection issues/Lag:
  • Ensure the keyboard is within the 33-foot wireless range of the receiver.
  • Minimize interference from other 2.4 GHz wireless devices.
