The C idea CM7800 Plus is a versatile 10-inch smart tablet featuring a WVGA IPS touch screen with HD (1280*800) resolution. It is powered by a Quad-Core processor and runs on Android 12.0. The tablet supports 5G LTE and Wi-Fi connectivity, and includes dual SIM capabilities.
2. Package Contents

3. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the physical components of your tablet.

3.1. Physical Components
- Display: 10-inch WVGA IPS Touch Screen.
- Front Camera: Located above the screen.
- Rear Camera: Located on the back panel, includes flash light.
- Power Button: Typically on the side, used to power on/off or wake/sleep the device.
- Volume Buttons: Typically on the side, used to adjust audio volume.
- Type-C Port: For charging and data transfer.

4. Setup
4.1. Charging the Tablet
- Connect the Type-C charging cable to the tablet's Type-C port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the provided power adapter.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
- Allow the tablet to charge fully before first use. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.
4.2. Inserting SIM Cards and Expandable Memory
The tablet supports Dual Nano SIM cards and expandable memory up to 32GB.
- Locate the SIM/SD card slot on the side of the tablet.
- Use the provided SIM ejector tool (if applicable) to open the tray.
- Carefully place the Nano SIM card(s) and/or microSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
- Gently push the tray back into the tablet until it clicks into place.
4.3. Initial Power On and Setup
- Press and hold the Power button until the C idea logo appears on the screen.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.
4.4. Connecting to Wi-Fi
- Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi.
- Toggle Wi-Fi On.
- Select your desired Wi-Fi network from the list.
- Enter the network password if prompted, then tap Connect.
4.5. Connecting Bluetooth Accessories (Keyboard, Mouse)
- Ensure the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse are powered on and in pairing mode (refer to their respective manuals for specific instructions).
- On your tablet, go to Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth.
- Toggle Bluetooth On.
- Tap Pair new device.
- Select the keyboard or mouse from the list of available devices and follow any on-screen pairing instructions.
5. Operating the Tablet

While the manufacturer states "none updated" for the OS version, it is generally good practice to check for available system updates to ensure optimal performance and security. If updates become available, you can typically find them under Settings > System > System update.
6.3. Storage Management
To maintain optimal performance, regularly manage your tablet's storage.
- Delete unnecessary files, photos, and videos.
- Uninstall unused applications.
- Utilize the expandable memory (microSD card) for storing media files.
- Check storage usage in Settings > Storage.
7. Troubleshooting

7.1. Tablet Not Powering On
