6.2. Mounting
The TM919B is designed for DIN rail mounting. Snap the device onto a standard 35mm DIN rail in your electrical panel.
6.3. Wiring Diagram
WARNING: Disconnect all power before performing any wiring. Incorrect wiring can cause electric shock or damage to the device.

- Terminals 1 & 2 (L, N): Connect your AC220V power supply (Live and Neutral) to these terminals to power the timer switch.
- Terminals 3, 4, 5 (NO, COM, NC): These are the output contacts for controlling your load.
- Terminal 4 (COM): Common terminal for the switch output.
- Terminal 5 (NO - Normally Open): The circuit between COM and NO is open when the timer is OFF and closes when the timer is ON. Use this for most applications where you want the device to turn ON when the timer activates.
- Terminal 3 (NC - Normally Closed): The circuit between COM and NC is closed when the timer is OFF and opens when the timer is ON. Use this for applications where you want the device to turn OFF when the timer activates.
Connect the load (e.g., light, fan) to the appropriate output terminals (COM and either NO or NC) and the neutral line.
7. Operating Instructions
7.1. Initial Setup and Reset
- After connecting power, the LCD display should light up.
- Press the RESET button (usually a small recessed button requiring a pointed object like a pen) to clear all previous settings and reset the timer to its default state. The display will show "0:00" and "MO" (Monday).
7.2. Setting Current Time and Day
To set the current time and day of the week:
- Press and hold the P button for approximately 3 seconds until the hour digits start flashing.
- Use the H+ button to adjust the hour.
- Use the M+ button to adjust the minute.
- Use the D+ button to adjust the day of the week (MO, TU, WE, TH, FR, SA, SU).
- Once the correct time and day are set, press the P button again to confirm and exit time setting mode. The display will show the current time and "AUTO".
7.3. Programming ON/OFF Cycles
The TM919B allows for up to 16 ON/OFF programs. Each program consists of an ON time and an OFF time.
- Press the P button once to enter programming mode. The display will show "1 ON" and "0:00".
- Use the D+ button to select the day(s) for this program. You can choose a single day, weekdays, weekends, or all days.
- Use the H+ button to set the desired ON hour.
- Use the M+ button to set the desired ON minute.
- Press the P button again. The display will show "1 OFF" and "0:00".
- Repeat steps 2-4 to set the desired OFF time for the first program.
- Press the P button again to move to the "2 ON" program. Continue this process for all desired 16 ON/OFF programs. If you don't need all 16, simply press P repeatedly to cycle through them until you return to the current time display.
- To exit programming mode at any time, press the MANUAL button.
7.4. Manual Override
The MANUAL button allows you to override the programmed settings temporarily.
- Press the MANUAL button repeatedly to cycle through the following modes:
- ON: The output is continuously ON, ignoring programmed OFF times.
- AUTO: The timer operates according to the programmed ON/OFF cycles.
- OFF: The output is continuously OFF, ignoring programmed ON times.
- Ensure the timer is in AUTO mode for automatic operation.
7.5. Keyboard Lock
To prevent accidental changes to settings, the keyboard can be locked.
- To lock the keyboard, press and hold the H+ button for approximately 3 seconds. A lock icon will appear on the display.
- To unlock, press and hold the H+ button again for approximately 3 seconds. The lock icon will disappear.
