4. Setup and Installation

The GOODEA LED-23 Puck Lights offer quick and flexible installation options:

1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the desired installation surface is clean, dry, and smooth for optimal adhesion.
2. Attach Magnetic Sheet: Peel off the protective film from one side of the included magnetic sheet and firmly press it onto the desired surface.
3. Mount the Light: The puck light has a built-in magnet. Simply attach the light to the magnetic sheet. The light can be easily detached for charging or portable use.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Modes of Operation

The puck lights feature three primary operating modes, selectable via a toggle switch on the light unit or the remote control:

• Always On Mode: Provides continuous illumination. Ideal for tasks requiring constant light.
• Night Sensing Mode: Activates only in dark conditions when motion is detected within 10ft/120°. The light automatically turns off after 20 seconds of inactivity.
• OFF Mode: The light remains off and will not activate.

5.2. Remote Control Functions

The included IR remote control allows for convenient adjustment of light settings:

• ON/OFF: Turn the lights on or off.
• Brightness Adjustment: Choose from 10 brightness levels (10%–100%) to suit your needs.
• Timer Function: Set the lights to automatically turn off after 15, 30, 60, or 120 minutes.
• Mode Selection: Switch between Always On, Night Sensing, and OFF modes.

6. Charging

Each puck light is equipped with a built-in 1000mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Use the provided USB cable to charge the lights.

• A full recharge takes approximately 2–3 hours.
• Once fully charged, the lights can last up to 6 hours at full brightness or 30–60 days in motion sensor mode, depending on usage frequency.

8. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your GOODEA LED-23 Puck Lights, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Wipe the lights with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the surface.
• Environment: Keep the lights in a dry environment. They are not water-resistant and should not be exposed to moisture.
• Battery Care: Recharge the batteries regularly, especially if the lights are not used for extended periods, to maintain battery health.

9. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your GOODEA LED-23 Puck Lights, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Light Not Turning On:
  • Ensure the light is fully charged.
  • Check the mode switch on the light or remote to ensure it's not in 'OFF' mode.
  • In Night Sensing mode, verify that the environment is dark enough and motion is detected within range.
• Motion Sensor Not Working:
  • Confirm the light is in Night Sensing mode.
  • Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the sensor.
  • Test in a completely dark environment to confirm sensitivity.
• Remote Control Not Responding:
  • Ensure the remote's battery is functional.
  • Point the remote directly at the light's sensor.

10. Warranty and Support
