4. Setup and Assembly

1. Install the frames: Secure the frame components using the provided M5*20 screws.
2. Attach the legs: Install the four support legs to the frame using M5*20 and M5*10 screws.
3. Assemble the X-axis beam: Carefully slide the X-axis beam onto the Y-axis carriages. Ensure the synchronous belt is correctly placed on the synchronous wheel of the X-axis motor.
4. Fix the X-axis beam: Secure the X-axis beam using M4*50 screws. Do not overtighten; ensure the X-axis beam is parallel.
5. Install the tensioner: Assemble the tensioner components and install them to ensure proper belt tension.
6. Install the laser module: Mount the laser module onto the carriage at a vertical 90-degree angle.
7. Install bellows holder and fixed-length column holder: Attach these holders to the frame.
8. Install the motherboard box: Secure the motherboard box to the frame.
9. Wiring: Connect all motor lines and the laser module cable. Ensure correct connections to avoid abnormal movement.
