3.2 Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
- Assemble Main Frame: The main frame features a metal folding-structure design. Unfold the pre-installed main frame to save time and effort.
- Attach Headboard: Secure the adjustable headboard to the main frame using the provided hardware. Adjust the headboard to your preferred height to fit your mattress (recommended thickness 8-12 inches).
- Install Support Legs: Attach all support legs (wooden, plastic, and metal) to the designated points on the frame. Ensure they are securely tightened.
- Place Wooden Slats: Position the high-density solid wooden slats across the frame. The slats feature a special Velcro design for easy attachment to the bed cleat, preventing movement and noise.
- Apply Silent Foam: Stick the silent foam strips on the pre-installed rail to effectively reduce noise from the slats and metal rail.
- Final Check: Ensure all connections are tight and the bed frame is stable.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Headboard Adjustment
The upholstered headboard can be adjusted to accommodate mattresses of varying heights. To adjust, loosen the bolts on the headboard supports, slide the headboard to the desired height, and re-tighten the bolts securely.
4.2 Under-Bed Storage
The bed frame provides 8 inches of clearance for under-bed storage. This space can be utilized for storage bins, seasonal items, or to allow for robotic vacuum cleaners to pass through easily.
