- Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending or processing to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Always unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
Initial Cleaning
Before first use, wash all components (except the power base) in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. The power base can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Assembly

- Place the power base on a clean, dry, and level surface.
- Ensure the power base is unplugged before attaching any vessel.
- For Blending Pitcher or Single-Serve Cups: Fill the vessel with ingredients, secure the appropriate blade assembly or lid, then place it onto the power base and twist clockwise until it locks into place.
- For Food Processor Work Bowl: Place the work bowl onto the power base and twist clockwise until it locks. Insert the desired blade or disc. Add ingredients. - Never immerse the power base in water or any other liquid. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Storage
Store the appliance and its accessories in a clean, dry place. Blades can be stored neatly inside the food processor work bowl when not in use.
Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below for common issues and their solutions.
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Appliance does not turn on | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Verify that the vessel and lid are correctly assembled and locked onto the power base. Check your household circuit breaker. |
| Food processor not operating | Confirm the food processor lid is fully secured onto the work bowl, and the work bowl is correctly twisted onto the power base. The safety mechanism prevents operation if not properly assembled. |
| Motor stops during operation | The appliance may be overloaded. Unplug the unit, remove some ingredients, and allow the motor to cool for 15 minutes before restarting. Do not exceed MAX fill lines. |
| Leaking from vessel | Ensure all lids and blade assemblies are tightly secured. Do not overfill past the MAX line. Check that gaskets are properly seated. |
| Loud noise or burning smell | Immediately unplug the appliance. This could indicate a motor issue or obstruction. Do not operate until inspected by a qualified service technician. |
