Setup

Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and a compatible USB power source. The digital display on the case will indicate the charging status. The earbuds will charge automatically when placed inside the case.

Pairing with a Device

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The indicator lights on the earbuds will flash (e.g., blue and red alternately).
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, or computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select 'Jectse Earbuds' (or similar name) from the list of found devices. Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will stop flashing.
4. If pairing fails, place the earbuds back into the case, close the lid, and repeat the steps.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically disconnect and power off. Alternatively, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Tap the touch control area on either earbud once.
• Next Track: Double-tap the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double-tap the left earbud.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Tap the touch control area on either earbud once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the touch control area on either earbud for 2 seconds.

Gaming Mode

These earbuds feature a low-latency gaming mode for an enhanced gaming experience. To activate/deactivate gaming mode, triple-tap the touch control area on the right earbud.

Voice Assistant

To activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant), triple-tap the touch control area on the left earbud.

Maintenance

• Keep the earbuds and charging case clean and dry. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe them. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
• Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
• Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds not pairing

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Place earbuds back in the case, close, then reopen to re-enter pairing mode.
• Delete 'Jectse Earbuds' from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.

Only one earbud working

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case, closing the lid, and then reopening.

No sound

• Check the volume level on your connected device.
• Ensure the earbuds are properly paired and connected.

Charging issues

• Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
• Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean.
