Focus and Keystone Correction

To achieve a clear and rectangular image:

  1. Focus Adjustment: Rotate the focus ring on the projector lens until the projected image appears sharp and clear.
  2. Keystone Correction: If the projected image is trapezoidal (wider at the top or bottom), use the keystone correction feature (usually found in the projector's settings menu) to adjust it to a perfect rectangle.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press the power button on the projector or the remote control.
  • To Power Off: Press the power button again. It is recommended to allow the projector to cool down for a few minutes after use before unplugging.

Navigating the Menu

Use the navigation buttons on the projector's top panel or the remote control to browse through the input sources, settings, and media options. The 'OK' button confirms selections, and the 'Back' button returns to the previous screen.

Screen Mirroring (Wireless)

To mirror your smartphone screen wirelessly:

  1. Select the 'Screen Mirroring' input source on the projector.
  2. Ensure your projector and smartphone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  3. For iOS Devices: Open Control Center on your iPhone/iPad and tap 'Screen Mirroring' or 'AirPlay Mirroring', then select the projector's name from the list.
  4. For Android Devices: Go to your phone's settings, find 'Wireless Display', 'Smart View', 'Screen Cast', or similar options, and select the projector's name.
  5. Note: Due to copyright restrictions, some streaming services (e.g., Netflix, Hulu) may not support screen mirroring. Use a wired connection or a streaming stick for these services.

Wired Connection (USB Cable)

For a direct wired connection from your smartphone:

  1. Connect your smartphone to the projector's USB port using your phone's original charging cable.
  2. The projector should automatically detect the connection and begin mirroring.
  3. This method can often bypass streaming app restrictions encountered with wireless mirroring. Your phone will also charge while connected.

To connect external Bluetooth speakers or headphones:

  1. Ensure your Bluetooth audio device is in pairing mode.
  2. On the projector, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
  3. Select your audio device from the list of available devices to pair.

  • Use a small brush or a can of compressed air to gently clean the vents and ensure proper airflow.

Storage

  • When not in use, store the projector in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Use the original packaging or a protective case to prevent dust and damage.

If you encounter issues with your projector, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

No Power

  • Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the projector and the power outlet.
  • Verify the power outlet is functional.
  • Try a different power cord if available.

No Image/Poor Image Quality

  • Check the input source selection on the projector to ensure it matches your connected device.
  • Adjust the focus ring on the lens for a sharper image.
  • Perform keystone correction if the image is distorted.
  • Ensure the room is sufficiently dark for optimal brightness and contrast.
  • Verify the connection cables (HDMI, USB) are securely plugged in.

No Sound

  • Increase the volume on both the projector and the connected device.
  • If using external speakers, ensure they are properly connected and powered on.
  • If using Bluetooth audio, ensure it is correctly paired and selected as the output device.
