Measurement Modes
The meter offers four distinct measurement modes:
- Consumption Mode: Displays the last-time water consumption. This mode is useful for tracking the volume of water used in a single watering session.
- Flow Mode: Displays the real-time water flow rate (GPM or LPM). This allows you to see how quickly water is flowing through the meter at any given moment.
- Average Mode: Displays the daily average water usage of a week (counts from the next day). This mode helps you understand your weekly water usage trends.
- Total Mode: Displays the total water consumption since the meter was reset or first used. This provides a cumulative record of water usage.

Unit Conversion
The meter supports both Gallon (GAL) and Liter (LPM) units. Refer to the on-screen indicators for the currently selected unit. The unit can typically be changed by holding down the button for a few seconds while in a specific mode, or as indicated in the quick start guide.
Low Battery Indication
When the battery level is low, a battery symbol will appear on the LCD screen. Please replace the CR2032 battery as soon as this symbol appears to ensure continued accurate readings.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the meter with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the display or casing. Ensure the meter is dry before storage.
Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store the meter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is recommended to remove the battery if storing for several months.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Display is blank or dim. | Low or dead battery; incorrect battery installation. | Replace the CR2032 battery, ensuring correct polarity. |
| Inaccurate readings. | Air in the line; meter not fully primed; internal sensor issue; display orientation. | Ensure water flows steadily through the meter to remove air. Check that the display is oriented parallel to the flow for optimal accuracy (as noted in some user experiences). If issues persist, contact customer support. |
| Water leakage from connections. | Loose connection; damaged washer/gasket. | Ensure connections are hand-tight. Check and replace rubber washers if they appear damaged. |
| Cannot change measurement mode. | Button not pressed correctly; temporary software glitch. | Press the button firmly. If unresponsive, remove and reinsert the battery to reset the device. |
