General Assembly Steps (Refer to included manual for detailed diagrams):

  1. Prepare the Site: Choose a level, stable location for your greenhouse. It is recommended to place it against a wall and away from strong winds.
  2. Assemble the Base: Connect the galvanized steel base components (F-D01, F-D01a, F-02, F-03b, F-04) using the specified bolts (F-D14). Ensure all connections are secure.
  3. Install Ground Anchors: Insert the ground bolts (F-05) into the designated holes in the base and secure them to the ground. This provides essential stability.

  4. Construct the Frame: Begin assembling the vertical and horizontal aluminum frame sections (e.g., F-19, F-18i, F-23, F-17, F-29, F-08, F-09, F-10, F-11) according to the numbered diagrams in your manual. Pay close attention to the orientation of each piece.
  5. Install Wall Panels: Carefully slide the polycarbonate wall panels (F-34, F-31a) into the frame channels. Ensure the UV-protected side of the panels faces outwards.
  6. Assemble Roof Sections: Attach the roof frame components (F-D06, F-D06a, F-48) and then install the polycarbonate roof panels (F-35, F-36). Secure them with the appropriate fasteners (F-D14).
  7. Attach Roof Vents: Assemble and attach the roof vents (F-28, F-13, F-12) as per the instructions. These allow for adjustable ventilation.
  8. Install Sliding Door: Assemble the sliding door frame (F-14b, F-15, F-16b, F-38, F-39) and attach it to the main frame. Ensure the door slides smoothly along its track.
  9. Final Checks: Double-check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tightened securely. Verify that all panels are properly seated and sealed.

Operation

Sliding Door:

The greenhouse features a smooth-gliding sliding door for convenient entry and exit. To open, gently push the door along its track. To close, pull it back until it aligns with the frame. Ensure it is fully closed during adverse weather or when maintaining specific internal conditions.

Rooftop Vent:

The hinged rooftop vent allows for manual control of internal temperature and humidity. Open the vent to release excess heat and improve air circulation, especially on warm days. Close it to retain heat and moisture. Consider installing an automatic vent opener for optimal climate control (sold separately).
