2. Safety Instructions

5. Setup

1. Placement: Place the record player on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive dust or vibration. Position the external speakers on either side of the main unit for optimal stereo sound.
2. Connect Speakers: Connect the included external speakers to the speaker output ports on the back of the turntable unit. Ensure a secure connection for both left and right channels.
3. Power Connection: Insert the DC plug of the power adapter into the Power Adaptor Jack (12) on the back of the unit. Plug the AC end of the adapter into a wall outlet.
4. Dust Cover: Carefully place the removable dust cover onto the hinges at the back of the turntable unit. This protects the platter and tonearm from dust when not in use.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Playing Records

1. Power On: Rotate the Power Button and Volume Control (8) clockwise to turn on the unit. The power indicator light will illuminate.
2. Select Speed: Set the 3 Speed LP Selector (7) to the appropriate speed (33 1/3, 45, or 78 RPM) for your record. For 45 RPM records, place the 45 RPM Adapter (2) on the center spindle.
3. Place Record: Carefully place a vinyl record on the turntable platter.
4. Unlock Tonearm: Release the Tonearm Lock (5) to free the Tonearm (4).
5. Raise Tonearm: Gently lift the Tonearm using the Tonearm Raise Lever (3).
6. Position Tonearm: Move the Tonearm over the desired starting track of the record.
7. Lower Tonearm: Slowly lower the Tonearm using the Tonearm Raise Lever (3) onto the record. The platter will begin to rotate and playback will start.
8. Adjust Volume: Rotate the Power Button and Volume Control (8) to adjust the sound level.
9. Auto Stop Function: The Auto Stop Button (6) controls whether the turntable stops spinning automatically when the record reaches its end. Set to ON for automatic stop, or OFF for continuous spin.
10. End Playback: At the end of the record, or when you wish to stop, use the Tonearm Raise Lever (3) to lift the Tonearm, return it to its rest, and secure it with the Tonearm Lock (5). Rotate the Power Button and Volume Control (8) counter-clockwise to turn off the unit.

6.2 Wireless Connection

The WOCKODER R612 can receive audio wirelessly from compatible devices.

1. Activate Wireless Mode: Turn on the record player. The unit will automatically enter wireless pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light.
2. Enable Wireless on Device: On your smartphone, tablet, or other wireless-enabled device, activate its wireless function.
3. Pair Device: Search for "WOCKODER" or a similar device name in your device's wireless settings and select it to pair.
4. Playback: Once paired, you can play audio from your device through the record player's speakers. Adjust volume using the record player's volume control and your device's volume.

6.3 Aux-in Playback

Connect external audio sources using the Aux Input Jack (10).

1. Connect Cable: Use a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to connect your external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, smartphone) to the Aux Input Jack (10) on the front of the record player.
2. Select Aux Mode: The unit should automatically switch to Aux-in mode. If not, cycle through modes using the mode button (if available, otherwise it's usually automatic).
3. Playback: Play audio from your connected device. Adjust volume using the record player's volume control and your device's volume.

6.4 USB Playback

Play audio files directly from a USB flash drive using the USB Playback Port (11).

1. Insert USB Drive: Insert a USB flash drive into the USB Playback Port (11) on the front of the record player.
2. Select USB Mode: The unit should automatically switch to USB playback mode. If not, cycle through modes using the mode button (if available).
3. Control Playback: Use the control buttons (e.g., play/pause, next/previous track) on the unit to manage USB audio playback.
4. Adjust Volume: Rotate the Power Button and Volume Control (8) to adjust the sound level.

6.5 RCA Output

Connect the record player to external active speakers or an amplifier using the RCA Output Jacks (13).

1. Connect RCA Cables: Connect RCA cables (not included) from the RCA Output Jacks (13) on the back of the record player to the corresponding input jacks on your external amplifier or active speakers.
2. Select Input: On your amplifier or active speakers, select the input source corresponding to where you connected the record player.
3. Playback: Play a record on the WOCKODER R612. Audio will be routed through your external audio system. Adjust volume via the external system.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning the Unit

• Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Keep the dust cover closed when not in use to prevent dust accumulation on the platter and stylus.

7.2 Stylus Care

• Handle the stylus (needle) with extreme care. Avoid touching it with your fingers.
