4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Pre-Installation Checks
- Confirm your monitor's weight and size are within the specified limits.
- Verify your monitor has VESA 75x75mm or 100x100mm mounting holes.
- Check your desk thickness and grommet hole diameter (if applicable) against the specifications.
4.2 Mounting Base Installation
Choose either the C-Clamp or Grommet Base method.

Image: Visual representation of the two installation methods: Desk Clamp and Grommet Base, with corresponding desk thickness and hole diameter requirements.
4.2.1 C-Clamp Installation
- Attach the C-clamp components to the main pole base.
- Place the assembled clamp onto the edge of your desk.
- Tighten the clamp screw until the mount is securely fastened to the desk. Ensure the silicone sleeve and EVA pad are in place to protect the desk surface.
4.2.2 Grommet Base Installation
- Disassemble the C-clamp components from the main pole base if they are attached.
- Insert the grommet bolt through the desk hole and secure it from underneath with the provided plate and nut.
- Attach the main pole to the grommet base.
4.3 Assemble the Arms and Attach VESA Plates
- Slide the monitor arms onto the main pole at your desired height and secure them.
- Attach the VESA plates to the back of your monitors using the appropriate screws from the hardware kit. Hand screws are provided for easy installation without a screwdriver.

4.4 Attach Monitors to Arms
- Carefully slide the monitor (with VESA plate attached) onto the arm's mounting head.
- Ensure the monitor is securely locked into place.
4.5 Cable Management
Route your monitor cables through the integrated cable management clips on the arms and down the main pole to maintain a tidy workspace.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Adjusting Monitor Position
The gas spring arms allow for smooth and effortless adjustment of your monitors.
- Height Adjustment: Gently push or pull the monitor up or down to achieve the desired height.
- Tilt: Tilt the monitor screen up or down to reduce glare and optimize viewing angle (up to ±90°).
- Swivel: Swivel the monitor left or right (up to ±90°) to share your screen or change viewing direction.
- Rotation: Rotate the monitor 360° from landscape to portrait orientation.

5.2 Gas Spring Tension Adjustment
The gas spring tension may need to be adjusted to properly support your monitor's weight. Use the provided Allen key.
- If the monitor sags or drops, turn the adjustment screw clockwise to increase tension.
- If the monitor is difficult to move down or stays too high, turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise to decrease tension.
- Adjust gradually and test the movement until the monitor stays in position when released.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodic Checks: Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Gas Spring: The gas spring is designed for long-term use and typically requires no maintenance. If adjustments become difficult, re-check tension settings.
7. Troubleshooting
- Monitor Sags/Drops: The gas spring tension is too low. Increase tension by turning the adjustment screw clockwise with the provided Allen key.
- Monitor is Too Stiff/Won't Move Down: The gas spring tension is too high. Decrease tension by turning the adjustment screw counter-clockwise.
- Mount is Unstable: Ensure the C-clamp or grommet base is securely tightened to the desk. Check that all arm connections are firm. Verify monitor weight is within limits.
- Monitor Not Level: Adjust the tilt mechanism on the VESA plate. Some VESA plates allow for minor rotational adjustment to level the screen.
