3. Water Supply Options
Your HAVA dishwasher offers two methods for water supply:
- Built-in 5L Water Tank: For portable use without a direct water connection. Simply pour water into the designated opening on the top of the unit using the provided pitcher until the water level indicator signals full.
- Faucet Connection: Connect the included inlet hose to a compatible faucet. An adapter is provided for easy connection. This method provides a continuous water supply.

5. Delayed Start Function
The dishwasher features an 18-hour delayed start function, allowing you to schedule the wash program to begin at a later time. This is useful for running the machine during off-peak electricity hours or to have clean dishes ready at a specific time.

6. Child Lock Function
Activate the child lock to prevent accidental operation by children. This function disables the control panel buttons.

The child lock feature safeguards against unintended operation.
7. Drying Function
After most wash cycles, a 60-minute Dry mode automatically activates, providing hot air drying at 104°F. An optional 72-hour ventilated storage feature helps prevent odors and keeps dishes fresh.

The PTC hot air drying and ventilation system ensures dishes are dry and stored hygienically.
Maintenance
1. Self-Clean Program
Utilize the dedicated Self-Clean program periodically to thoroughly clean the dishwasher's interior, ensuring consistent washing performance and hygiene.
2. General Cleaning
Regularly clean the filter and interior of the dishwasher to prevent food particle buildup and maintain optimal performance. Wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
3. Storage
If storing the dishwasher for an extended period, ensure it is completely dry. Drain any residual water from the tank and hoses. Store in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your HAVA Countertop Dishwasher, please refer to the following general guidance. For specific error codes or persistent problems, contact customer support.
- Residual Water: A small amount of residual water in the unit is normal due to manufacturer's quality tests. This does not indicate a defect.
- Water Supply Issues: Ensure the water tank is filled or the inlet hose is properly connected and water supply is active.
- Drainage Issues: Check that the drain hose is not kinked or obstructed and is properly placed for drainage.
- Door Opening During Operation: Be careful when opening the glass door during a wash cycle, as hot water and steam may cause burns.
