4. Setup

1. Quick Assembly: The paint sprayer is designed for quick assembly. Attach the paint container to the main sprayer unit.
2. Nozzle Selection: Choose one of the five durable brass nozzles (1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm) based on the paint type and desired spray pattern. Brass nozzles offer better corrosion resistance and smoother spraying compared to plastic alternatives.
3. Paint Dilution: Dilute your paint with the appropriate thinner according to the paint manufacturer's instructions. Use the included viscosity cup to measure the paint's viscosity. The paint should pass through the viscosity cup within 70 seconds for optimal spraying.
4. Fill Paint Container: Carefully pour the diluted paint into the 1200ml paint container.

5. Operating Instructions

Once the sprayer is set up, follow these instructions for effective painting:

1. Adjust Spray Pattern: The 360° adjustable air cap allows you to freely adjust the spray patterns. Rotate the air cap to achieve horizontal, vertical, or circular spray patterns.
2. Adjust Flow Control: Use the flow rate adjust knob to control the paint's flow speed, meeting different working demands and ensuring an even coat.
3. Spraying Technique: Spray slowly and evenly, maintaining a consistent distance from the surface for a smooth and superior finish.
4. Anti-Backflow System: For spraying upwards (e.g., ceilings), turn the suction pipe backwards. For spraying downwards, turn the suction pipe forwards. This ensures continuous paint flow regardless of the spraying angle.
5. Application: The sprayer is suitable for various projects, including painting wood and metal doors, decks, fences, ceilings, furniture, walls, cabinets, and garage doors.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential to prolong the life of your paint sprayer and ensure consistent performance. It is very important to clean the paint sprayer immediately and thoroughly after each use.

1. Disassembly: Disassemble the paint container and nozzle components from the main unit.
2. Cleaning Container: Empty any remaining paint from the container. Fill the container with appropriate cleaning solution (water for water-based paints, mineral spirits or solvent for oil-based paints) and spray it through the unit until clear.
3. Clean Components: Use the provided cleaning brush and cleaning needle to thoroughly clean the nozzle, air cap, and other disassembled parts. Pay close attention to small openings to prevent clogging. The spare sponge can also assist in cleaning.
4. Rinse and Dry: Rinse all components with clean water (if using water-based paints) or appropriate solvent. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the sprayer.
