4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the fog machine. The device ships with approximately 20% battery charge.

  1. Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the fog machine.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a 5V 2A USB power adapter (not included).
  3. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.

4.2 Filling the Fog Liquid Tank

Ensure the device is powered off before filling the tank.

  1. Unscrew the top cap of the fog machine to access the liquid tank.
  2. Carefully pour the LENSGO fog liquid into the tank. Do not overfill; the tank capacity is 12ml.
  3. Screw the top cap back on securely.

Select the appropriate tube or nozzle for your desired effect and attach it to the top of the fog machine.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

  1. To Power On: Push the power button (bottom button) up. The indicator light will illuminate.
  2. To Power Off: Push the power button (bottom button) down.
  3. To Generate Smoke: Double-click the smoke button (top button).
  4. To Stop Smoke: Press the smoke button once.

The infrared remote control allows for convenient operation from up to 10 meters away.

  • To Open Smoke: Press the button on the remote control twice.
  • To Turn Off Smoke: Press the button on the remote control once.

5.3 Operation Modes and Usage Guidelines

The LENSGO Smoke S offers various modes depending on the attached accessories:

  • Portrait Mode: Use the hard straight tube to direct smoke precisely for portrait photography.
  • Dry Ice Mode: Attach the hard bent tube and liquid smoke filter to create a downward-flowing, dry ice-like effect.

  • Film Level Mist Mode: For quickly filling a large area with mist, suitable for filmmaking.

Important Usage Note: To ensure optimal performance and prevent damage, the machine must stop for 3 seconds after working continuously for 3 minutes. After 18 minutes of total operation, the machine requires a cool-down period. Continuous use without breaks can lead to overheating and potential damage to the pipe if the liquid tank is dry.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your device.

  • After each use, especially before storage, clean any remaining liquid from the tank.
  • Wipe down the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals.
  • If the fog machine produces black smoke or strange smells, clean the remaining liquid in the tank and inject new fog fluid.
