5. Setup

Before first use, clean all accessories as described in the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section.

1. Ensure the speed selector is set to "OFF" (0) and the mixer is unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Select the appropriate accessories for your task:
   • Beaters: For whisking eggs, cream, mixing batters, and light doughs.
   • Dough Hooks: For kneading heavier doughs like bread or pizza dough.

1. Preparation: Place ingredients in a suitable mixing bowl.
2. Plug In: Plug the mixer into a 127V AC power outlet.
3. Select Speed: Start with a low speed (1 or 2) to prevent splashing, then gradually increase to the desired speed using the speed selector switch. The mixer has 5 speed settings.
   • Speed 1-2: For folding, mixing dry ingredients, and slow stirring.
