1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Everycom LittleBoy Portable Bluetooth Speaker. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your speaker. Please read it thoroughly before use to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the device.

Safety Information

• Do not expose the speaker to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.

The Everycom LittleBoy speaker features intuitive button controls on its top surface and multiple connectivity ports on its rear. These include:

• Mode Button (M): Switches between Bluetooth, FM Radio, AUX, USB, and Micro SD modes.
• Previous Track / Volume Down (-): Short press for previous track, long press to decrease volume.
• Play/Pause Button (►▮▮): Plays or pauses audio. Also used for answering/ending calls.
• Next Track / Volume Up (+): Short press for next track, long press to increase volume.
• AUX Input: For connecting external audio devices via a 3.5mm audio cable.
• Micro SD Card Slot: For playing audio files directly from a Micro SD card.
• Type-C Charging Port: For charging the speaker's internal battery.
• USB Slot: For playing audio files directly from a USB pen drive.
• Inbuilt Microphone: For hands-free calling.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the speaker's Type-C port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge typically takes approximately 1.5 hours.

The speaker offers up to 20 hours of playtime on a single charge, depending on volume level and usage.

4.2 Powering On/Off

To power on the speaker, press and hold the Power button (usually integrated with the Play/Pause button or a dedicated button, refer to Figure 3.2 for exact location) for a few seconds until you hear an audible prompt. To power off, press and hold the same button again.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode. If not, press the Mode button (M) until you hear the Bluetooth pairing prompt.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, tablet, or other device.
3. Search for "Everycom LittleBoy" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
4. Select "Everycom LittleBoy" to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound.
5. The speaker will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if the device's Bluetooth is active and within range.

5.2 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

The TWS feature allows you to connect two Everycom LittleBoy speakers together for a true stereo sound experience.

1. Ensure both Everycom LittleBoy speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode, but not connected to any other device.
2. On one of the speakers (this will be the primary speaker), long press the Play/Pause button until you hear a pairing tone.
3. The two speakers will automatically search and pair with each other. Once paired, you will hear a confirmation sound.
4. Now, connect your device (smartphone, tablet) to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in Section 5.1. Audio will play through both speakers in stereo.

5.3 FM Radio Mode

To enter FM Radio mode, press the Mode button (M) until you hear the FM radio prompt. For best reception, ensure you are in an outdoor area. To auto-scan and save available stations, long press the Play/Pause button. Use the Previous/Next track buttons to switch between saved stations.

5.4 USB / Micro SD Card Playback

Insert a USB pen drive or a Micro SD card (with audio files) into the respective slot. The speaker will automatically switch to USB or Micro SD mode and begin playing audio files. Use the Previous/Next track and Play/Pause buttons to control playback.

5.5 AUX Input Mode

Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, computer) to the speaker's AUX input port using a 3.5mm audio cable. Press the Mode button (M) until you enter AUX mode. Audio will now play from your connected device through the speaker.

5.6 Hands-Free Calling

When connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth, the speaker's inbuilt microphone allows for hands-free calling.

• Answer Call: Short press the Play/Pause button.
• End Call: Short press the Play/Pause button during a call.
• Reject Call: Long press the Play/Pause button when a call comes in.

6. Maintenance

• Clean the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Keep the ports free of dust and debris.
• Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
• Charge the speaker at least once every three months to maintain battery health if not used regularly.
