Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated in their respective slots.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, computer USB port).
3. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the lights will indicate completion or turn off.

A full charge provides approximately 4 hours of listening time for the earbuds. The charging case, when fully charged, can provide up to 4 additional recharges, extending total usage time to about 24 hours.

2. Pairing with Your Device

The TWIN BUDDY earbuds feature automatic pairing for convenience.

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode.
2. On your smartphone, tablet, or PC (Android, iPhone, etc.), go to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for available devices and select "SBS TWIN BUDDY" from the list.
4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

The earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your SBS TWIN BUDDY earbuds, try the following solutions:

• Earbuds not pairing with each other: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid again. They should automatically re-pair.
• Earbuds not connecting to device:
  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  2. Forget/remove "SBS TWIN BUDDY" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  3. Ensure the earbuds and charging case are sufficiently charged.
• No sound or low volume:
  1. Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
