Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the radio.
- Slide the cover open.
- Insert two (2) AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Antenna Adjustment
For optimal FM reception, extend the telescopic antenna fully. For AM reception, the radio has a built-in antenna, and you may need to rotate the unit for best signal.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Locate the Power switch (often combined with the Volume control). Slide or turn it to the "ON" position to power on the radio. To turn off, slide or turn it to the "OFF" position.
2. Tuning to a Station
- Select the desired band (AM or FM) using the AM/FM selector switch.
- Rotate the Tuning Dial slowly until you hear your desired station clearly. The tuning indicator may illuminate or show signal strength.

3. Adjusting Volume
Rotate the Volume control dial to increase or decrease the sound level to your preference.
4. Using the Headphone Jack
For private listening, plug standard 3.5mm headphones into the headphone jack located on the side of the radio. The built-in speaker will automatically mute when headphones are connected.
