Setup
Before connecting the module, ensure your power source is disconnected. This module is designed for screw mounting and can be easily attached to a wooden board or other suitable surface using the provided M3 x 10mm wood screws.
Mounting the Module
- Identify a suitable mounting surface, such as a wooden board, that can securely hold the module.
- Position the module on the desired surface. The module has mounting holes on its base.
- Use the two M3 x 10mm wood screws to secure the module firmly to the surface. Ensure it is stable and does not wobble.

Wiring Connections
The module features clearly labeled input and output terminals. Always observe correct polarity (V+ for positive, V- for negative) when making connections.
- Input Power Connection: Locate the "DC INPUT" terminals on one end of the module (labeled V+ and V-). Connect your DC power supply (0-50V) to these terminals. The input terminals have a pitch of 7.62mm and accept wire sizes from 26 to 10 AWG. Ensure 8mm of wire stripping length for optimal connection. Use a Metric M3 slotted screwdriver to tighten the terminal screws.
- Output Device Connection: For each of the 12 channels, connect your DC loads (devices) to the corresponding V+ and V- output terminals. Each channel's output terminals also have a 7.62mm pitch and accept 26~10 AWG wire with 8mm stripping length.
- Expansion Connection (Optional): The module supports power supply expansion. You can connect multiple modules in parallel by linking their input terminals. Refer to the "Typical Connection Use Method" diagram for guidance.

Operating Instructions
Once the module is securely mounted and all wiring connections are made, you can begin operating your connected devices.
- Power On: Apply DC power to the main input terminals of the module.
- Channel Control: Each of the 12 output channels is controlled by an individual paddle rocker switch. To supply power to a connected device, flip the corresponding paddle switch to the "ON" position.
- LED Indication: Each channel features an LED indicator. When a channel's switch is in the "ON" position and power is being supplied through that channel, the corresponding LED will illuminate, providing a visual confirmation of power output.
- Power Off: To cut power to a device, flip its respective paddle switch to the "OFF" position. The LED indicator for that channel will turn off.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and reliable operation of your OONO Power Distribution Module, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Regular Inspection: Periodically inspect all wire connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion. Loose connections can lead to overheating or intermittent operation.
- Cleaning: Keep the module clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Avoid using liquid cleaners or solvents, which could damage the electronic components.
- Environmental Conditions: Operate the module within its specified temperature and humidity ranges. Avoid exposing it to excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight.
- Overload Prevention: Do not exceed the maximum total input current of 30 Amps or the maximum output current of 10 Amps per channel. Overloading can damage the module and connected devices.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your OONO Power Distribution Module, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power to Device:
- Check if the main DC power supply is connected and active.
- Ensure the specific channel's paddle switch is in the "ON" position.
- Verify that the LED indicator for the channel is illuminated. If not, check the wiring for that channel.
- Inspect all input and output wire connections for looseness or incorrect polarity.
- Confirm that the connected device is functioning correctly and not drawing excessive current.
- Module Overheating:
- Ensure the total current draw from all connected devices does not exceed the module's 30 Amp maximum input current.
- Verify that no single channel is drawing more than 10 Amps.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the module.
- Intermittent Operation:
- Check all screw terminal connections for tightness. Vibrations can sometimes loosen connections over time.
- Ensure the power supply is stable and not fluctuating.
