5. Setup
5.1. Motherboard Installation
The Zalman P30 supports Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. Ensure your motherboard's form factor is compatible before proceeding.
- Remove the tempered glass side panel by gently pulling it open.
- Install the necessary motherboard standoffs. The case comes with pre-installed standoffs, and additional ones are provided in the accessory box if needed.
- Carefully place your motherboard onto the standoffs, aligning the screw holes.
- Secure the motherboard with the provided screws.

5.2. Power Supply Installation
The power supply unit (PSU) is mounted at the bottom of the case.
- Slide the PSU into its designated compartment at the bottom rear of the case.
- Secure the PSU using the screws provided in the accessory box.
- Connect the necessary power cables to your motherboard and other components.
5.3. Storage Device Installation
The case supports 2.5" SSDs and 3.5" HDDs.
- Locate the storage drive bays/mounts within the chassis.
- Mount your 2.5" SSDs or 3.5" HDDs using the appropriate screws and anti-vibration rings from the accessory box.
5.4. Graphics Card Installation
The Zalman P30 supports graphics cards up to 420mm in length.
- Remove the necessary PCIe slot covers from the rear of the case.
- Insert your graphics card into the primary PCIe slot on your motherboard.
- Secure the graphics card with screws.
- Utilize the pre-installed anti-sag bracket to support heavier graphics cards. Adjust its position and height as needed.
5.5. Fan and Radiator Installation
The case comes with three pre-installed 120mm ARGB fans. Additional cooling options are available:
- Top: Supports up to 360mm radiators or 3x 120mm / 2x 140mm fans.
- Side: Supports 2x 120mm fans (pre-installed as intake).
- Rear: Supports 1x 120mm fan (pre-installed as exhaust).
- Bottom: Supports 3x 120mm / 2x 140mm fans.

5.6. Cable Management
The Zalman P30 features enhanced cable organization to maintain a clean build.
- Route all cables through the designated cutouts and rubber grommets behind the motherboard tray.
- Use the included cable ties to bundle and secure cables, preventing interference with airflow and maintaining a tidy interior.

6. Operating Instructions
After completing the assembly, ensure all connections are secure before powering on your system.
- Power On/Off: Use the power button located on the front I/O panel.
- ARGB Control: The pre-installed ARGB fans can be customized via a 3-pin header connection to your motherboard's ARGB header. Use your motherboard's software to control lighting effects.
- Front I/O: Connect peripherals to the USB-C, USB 3.0, and 3.5mm audio jacks on the front panel.

7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps ensure optimal performance and longevity of your PC components.
- Dust Filters: The case features magnetic dust filters on the top and bottom panels. Regularly remove and clean these filters to maintain optimal airflow and prevent dust buildup.
- Panel Removal: The panoramic tempered glass front and side panels are tool-less and easily removable for cleaning and access to internal components.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Ensure the PSU is properly connected to the wall outlet and the motherboard. Check the PSU's on/off switch.
- No Display: Verify that the graphics card is correctly seated in its PCIe slot and connected to the monitor. Check all power connections to the GPU.
- Fan/RGB Issues: Confirm that all fans and ARGB cables are securely connected to the motherboard or a dedicated controller. Check motherboard software for ARGB settings.
- Overheating: Ensure all fans are spinning correctly and dust filters are clean. Verify proper CPU cooler installation.
